TRY CROSSFIT TRAINING IN SMALL GROUPS

 

Small group training in CrossFit. A general physical training programme completed in a friendly, fun environment with like-minded people.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING?


These sessions introduce new athletes to the movements of CrossFit and common barbell movements.


The emphasis of these sessions are on devloping technique along with proper intensity, here we get at the heart of the CrossFit methodology. 


We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. There is no such thing as an overnight success.


Our program and coaches emphasizes the importance of mechanics, consistency and intensity (in that order). All of our classes are coach led to help guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun and leave happy!


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM GROUP CLASSES:


  • To be lead through a structured warm-up, skill practice, workout, and cool down
  • To be coached on technique, efficiency, and safety
  • To be progressed in skill and intensity carefully, not rushed
